Round Details:
Round 1 – Idea Pitch (3 Hours)
 Each team presents their chosen problem and their proposed solution.
 Judges select teams based on creativity, practicality, and relevance.

Round 2 – Build Phase (12 Hours)
 Teams work overnight to develop their idea into a working prototype.
 Mentors and industry experts will be available to guide them.
 A mid-checkpoint ensures teams are progressing.

Round 3 – Improve & Finalize (5 Hours)
 Teams refine their prototype, fix issues, and prepare for the final showcase.
 Focus is on making the solution polished, reliable, and impactful.

Final Round – Demo & Presentation (4 Hours)
 Teams give a live demonstration of their project and explain how it works.
 Judges evaluate based on:
 Innovation – How unique and creative is the idea?
 Impact – Does it solve a real problem effectively?
 Technical Excellence – Is it built well?
 Feasibility – Can it be implemented in the real world?
 Presentation & Demo – How well is it explained and showcased?
